Terms and Conditions
By using TeleBots services (the «Provider»), you agree to these terms. They govern the order and timing of services, payment methods, and delivery of results.
Order and timing of services
Orders are accepted after contact (website form, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or phone). After consultation, scope, price, and deadlines are agreed. The completion period is specified in the quote or contract; typical range is from several days to several months depending on project complexity. The Provider undertakes to meet agreed deadlines and to inform the customer of any changes.
Payment methods
Payment is made by methods agreed with the customer: transfer to bank card (e.g. Monobank, PrivatBank), transfer to the Provider's bank account, payment systems (LiqPay, WayForPay, MonoPay, etc.), or cryptocurrency where available. Specific details and payment schedule (advance, instalments, on acceptance) are set out in the quote or contract.
Delivery of results
Services are digital. Results are delivered electronically: access to bot, website, admin panel, source code, or other materials via agreed channels (email, cloud storage, link, etc.). «Delivery» is deemed complete when access or materials are provided to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Other terms
Disputes are resolved by negotiation. The law of Ukraine applies. The Provider ensures quality service and support as agreed.
