Cosmy - e-commerce store bot

Telegram bot for Cosmy e-commerce store - a real estate company that deals with real estate in Dnipro. Created Cosmy Assistant Telegram bot that helps clients easily manage their orders.

The bot includes order history: users can easily receive and display details of their orders, including product information, order status and total amount.

Implemented support service requests: ability to contact support service directly and receive quick responses during business hours. Also added ratings and reviews: users can leave their feedback and ratings about the service received.

Google Sheets integration ensures automatic saving of all data. Result: 400+ clients and 40% increase in engagement thanks to convenient order management.
